I thought of this a while ago but never did anything about it.
It's a way of scoring gates based on how difficult they are.
It needs to be relative to the size of the craft, so if flying a 200mm and the gate is 2x2m, that's the same as flying a 100mm through a 1x1m.
Maybe it could be the number of craft that can fit through the gate simulataneously.
So 250mm quad, 2x2m gate would have a rating of 64, 8 quads wide and 8 quads tall, 64 quads all up.
If you flew a 200mm quad thru the same gate, it's 100, which is easier.
