Our team sometimes catches me going down the road of brainstorming solutions instead of making sure we have defined the problem. After you nail the problem there are lots of solutions out there - some easy, some complicated.
Does this capture the problem?
As an organizer I may need guidance picking the best set of channels to use based on the number of pilots, available equipment and local laws so that I can have a safe and fun meetup
Slightly off topic: I have seen a lot of meet-ups fall apart because 1 or 2 pilots had technical issues to due inexperience. I think organizers need to be strict about enforcing the pre-determined frequencies so the majority of people can go out and burn a lot of packs. Perhaps organizers can set time aside before the official start to help beginners or figure out another way to help them be successful.
